TopiConi LLC operates the Mira Hartson store and website at mirahartson.com, including all related information, content, features, tools, digital products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).
The Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Our store primarily offers digital products, including the digital edition of Healing Isn't Pretty by Mira Hartson.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and present our products accurately. However, product descriptions, images, formatting, previews, cover artwork or other representations may differ slightly depending on the device, software, screen or application used to access them.
We do not guarantee that every aspect of a product will meet every individual customer's personal expectations.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions and other details may be changed at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit its availability where reasonably necessary.
SECTION 3 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND LICENSE
When you purchase a digital product through our Services, you are purchasing a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that product for your own personal and non-commercial use.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property contained in the product.
Unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing, you may not:
Reproduce or distribute the digital product.
Upload the product to websites, file-sharing services, social media platforms or public databases.
Share your download link or purchased file with other individuals.
Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the product.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product from TopiConi LLC.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, technical errors, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors or violations of these Terms.
An order is not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

If we cancel or materially modify an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address or other contact information provided with your order.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, promotional offers and availability may change without notice.
The price charged will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.
Applicable taxes may be calculated and added during checkout where required.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase.
Payments are processed using Shopify and payment providers made available through the checkout process.
We do not directly store your complete payment card information.
SECTION 6 - DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital products are generally made available after successful payment.
Access may be provided through a download link displayed after checkout, sent by email, or provided using a digital fulfillment service connected to our store.
You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address when placing your order.
If you do not receive your digital product or experience a technical problem accessing it, please contact us at hartsonmira@gmail.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate delivery or access problems.
Digital delivery may occasionally be delayed because of payment verification, fraud review, technical problems, internet outages, third-party service interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SECTION 7 - REFUNDS
Purchases made directly through mirahartson.com are subject to our Refund Policy.
Eligible purchases of the digital edition of Healing Isn't Pretty are covered by the 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee described in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content, including text, books, written materials, trademarks, trade names, branding, graphics, images, photographs, videos, audio, designs, layouts and other materials, are owned by or licensed to TopiConi LLC and/or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Healing Isn't Pretty and its written content are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services and purchased digital products only as expressly authorized.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, upload, store, transmit, sell or otherwise commercially exploit protected content without prior authorization from the relevant rights holder.
Shopify's names, trademarks, logos, product names and other intellectual property remain the property of Shopify or its applicable licensors.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We may provide access to tools, functionality or services supplied by third parties.
We may not monitor, control or have input into those third-party tools.
Access to such tools may be provided “as is” and “as available,” subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant third-party provider.
Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own discretion and may also be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

The Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate our online store and provide the Services.
Sales and purchases made through our store are made directly between you and TopiConi LLC.
Shopify is not the seller of Healing Isn't Pretty or other products offered directly through our store.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by TopiConi LLC or for claims arising directly from those products, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Your use of Shopify-powered functionality may also be subject to Shopify's applicable terms and policies.
